changes to bring you things to do, games to play, things to learn and ways to
make some extra money, while you are on the road. As a driver myself, (20+ years) I wanted to start a site that also helps drivers be able to do and buy things for their families, without purchasing something in a truckstop.

We are not a broker, we are a carrier dispatch service.
That's where we come in!
What We Can Do For Shippers And Brokers
We have multiple shippers that we currently deal with. Their credit ratings are monitored to be sure they will pay
our carriers promptly. Shippers notify us of any
shipments they
need to move. We then post the loads to major load boards. When
an interested carrier calls, we check their credentials, set them up with us
and then contact the shipper. They will be set up with the shipper direct. The
carrier will deal with the shipper for all of the billing. We handle all
the paperwork transfers.
What We Can Do For Carriers
Haskell Valley Dispatch has carriers listed with us that are
monitored to make sure they are in compliance with D.O.T. When a new carrier
joins us, at no charge, we check their credentials, to be sure that they have
all the proper insurances, authorities and equipment to handle the loads that
need to be moved.
We do this, so shippers and brokers don’t have to and the carriers can keep moving, instead of searching for loads.

effectively. If possible, please return the forms as an e-mail attachment,
preferably a pdf file. If not possible we will scan them in. We must have these
on file before we can do business with you.

Copy of your insurance certificate
Signed W-9 form
Signed Dispatch/Carrier Agreement
Signed Credit Card authorization for
billing-this is only needed if you do not wish to set up an account with
PayPal.
Signed Limited Power Of Attorney-this is only needed if you wish for us to sign the load confirmations for you.

We prefer that all service fees (5% of load gross) be collected at time of loading. We will charge
your credit card that we have on file, or you may go through PayPal. An account
is easily set up and all of your information is kept private.
You will receive a paid receipt for your records.
