Drivers, I drove truck for a little over 20 years. Most as a company driver, I did own my own truck also, but an accident took care of that dream. I won't insult any of you by trying to say or act like I know everything there is to know about trucking, being a truck driver, loads, freight, or what jobs make you the most money. These pages are to help you pass the time when your parked for the night or weekend or whenever. There is going to be a lot of things to read, study and learn about. I'll try to give you things that might even help you, from trying to save your marriage, to ordering stuff for your wife (or husband), your kids, or just to have something you need to do some work around the house when you get home. One of the problems I had was eating healthy. I did enjoy the "all you can eat" buffets at the Flying Hook, and the TA's (maybe too much), but it sure put on the pounds. But, I found a system that works, to eat healthy and lose body fat at the same time. Exercise is important but, so is your diet. The system is called Strip That Fat. You will eat healthy foods (not rabbit food) and still be able to strip that fat off.
OK, let's face it. There are times when you leave the house or after a phone call, that you have done or said something that was blatantly stupid! After you've had time to think about it, and realize that fact, it's time to say, "I'm sorry". Or maybe it's just time to say "I love you", or thank you. Flowers are "nice". But then there's also...
